Best Usage way

• Add 2–4 drops to your diffuser.
• Diffuse for about 30–60 minutes, then turn the diffuser off before bed.
• Keep the bedroom cool, dark, and quiet, use the same scent consistently as part of the bedtime routine and your brain may begin to associate it with winding down.
• If you have asthma or are sensitive to fragrances, start with fewer drops to see how you respond.
