Best Usage way

• Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser.
• Diffuse for 30–60 minutes before bedtime, during reading, meditation, or quiet time.

Can use on Pillow or bedroom

• Put 1–2 drops on a tissue or cotton pad and place it near your pillow (not directly on the pillowcase if staining is a concern).
• Or use an aromatherapy inhaler before bed.

Can use as massage oil

• Dilute before applying to the skin.
• Can blend with 30ml carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, or fractionated coconut oil), 12 drops lavender essential oil (2% dilution). With this massage blend, you can easily massage on neck and shoulders, feet before bed or hands after a stressful day.

• Please take note that this is a super pure concentrate essential oil, do not inhale directly from the bottle.
• Always dilute before applying to the skin.
• Avoid contact with your eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not apply directly to the face.
