• Add 2–4 drops to your diffuser.

Can use as Massage oil

• Dilute it before applying to your skin.
• Can blend with 30ml carrier oil, 10–12 drops peppermint essential oil (2% dilution). Use this massage blend after exercise because of its cooling sensation.

For Personal inhalation, place 1 drop on an aromatherapy inhaler or tissue and inhale gently when you want a refreshing scent.
