The In-lens Optical Stabilizer offers up to 6 stops of image stabilisation (8 stops when paired with a compatible EOS R camera) for that handheld smooth video recording or that slow shutter still capture. The compact lightweight, dust- & drip-resistant body is great for handheld rigs and gimbals.

Aspherical Lens

Two GMo (Glass-molded) aspherical lenses work together to correct spherical aberration and distortion, enabling crisp, high-resolution image reproduction. Their effective placement contributes to both a compact, lightweight build and consistently high image quality across the entire frame.

UD Lens

Three UD (Ultra Low Dispersion) lenses are strategically positioned to reduce chromatic aberration throughout the zoom range. This minimises colour bleeding and ensures accurate, vivid image reproduction from centre to edge, even at the extremes of the zoom.

ASC
