The e-Voucher Terms & Conditions shall include, but are not limited to, the following

1. The e-Voucher is valid only for outright purchase at Public Gold ATM.
2. The e-Voucher must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
3. Only one e-Voucher may be redeemed per transaction, and multiple e-Vouchers cannot be combined or used together in a single transaction.
4. If the selected gold product value exceeds the e-Voucher value, the customer shall pay the balance amount using the available cashless payment method accepted by Public Gold ATM.
5. No balance refund will be provided for any unused e-Voucher value.
6. The e-Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. The e-Voucher is subject to product availability at the selected Public Gold ATM location at the time of redemption.
8. Once an e-Voucher is successfully redeemed, the transaction shall be final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded, or transferred.
9. Public Gold ATM shall not be liable to replace, refund, or reimburse any e-Voucher that is lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or otherwise used by an unauthorized party. The bearer of the e-Voucher shall be deemed the rightful holder and authorized user of the e-Voucher.
10. Public Gold reserves the right to reject any suspicious or fraudulent redemption activity.
11. Public Gold reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reject any e-Voucher that is found to be duplicated, tampered with, invalid, fraudulently obtained, or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Public Gold reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
13. By redeeming the e-Voucher at Public Gold ATM, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

e-Voucher Redemption Journey at Public Gold ATM

Step 1: Select Your Gold Item

Browse the available gold products displayed on the Public Gold ATM screen and select your preferred item.

Step 2: Apply Your E-Cash Voucher

Select “Apply Voucher” and scan the voucher QR code.

The voucher value will be deducted automatically. Review and confirm the final payable amount.

Step 3: Choose a Payment Method

If there is a remaining balance, select your preferred payment method, such as:

• Debit or credit card
• Supported e-wallet

If the voucher fully covers the purchase price, proceed directly to confirmation.

Step 4: Complete the Payment

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the payment. A successful transaction confirmation will be displayed.

Step 5: Collect Your Gold Item

The selected gold item will be dispensed automatically.

Please collect your item before leaving.
