Our next-generation CERAFORCE ceramic non-stick coating enables frying with little fat for healthier meals. It is produced without PFAS and is up to three times more durable than our previous ceramic coating*.

The pan also features our SIGMA Classic sandwich base with even heat distribution for more efficient frying at low temperatures. Plus, our stay-cool handle is ergonomically shaped and coated with silicone, so it is cool and comfortable to hold when frying. Thanks to its wide design, you can place your cooking utensils on the handle to keep your work surface clean.
