Terms & Conditions for Interest Courses :
- Postponement Policy – Customers may postpone their class only in writing with valid reasons, and postponement is allowed for a maximum of 6 months from the original intake date.
- Non-Refundable Fees – All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
- Class Selection Period – Customers must select their class intake date within 6 months of purchase/registration, based on their convenience and subject to availability.
- Short Notice Policy – Any cancellation or notice of being unable to attend the class given less than 7 days before the scheduled intake date will result in forfeiture of fees. No refund or replacement will be provided.
- Candidate Attendance – The registered candidate must be the one attending the class. Enrolments are non-transferable and cannot be substituted with another participant.
