Sweet Cherry SCR23 is our first infant carrier that conforms to the new car seat regulation ECE R129 (i-Size). The seat provides safety and comfort for newborns up to 15 months, adjusting and protecting your child as they develop and grow to 83 cm in height.

SCR23 has been designed to conform to the new car seat regulation ECE R129 (i-Size), and is suitable for newborns up to 15 months, so they can fit into the seat up to 83 cm in height. The infant carrier has a newborn insert for extra support, also offering energy absorption in case of an impact. The insert can be removed and the height of the headrest adjusted, allowing for more space as your child grows.

Superior Side Impact Protection

The improved SICT offers superior protection in case of a side collision in two steps. It pushes your child away from the impact in a controlled movement and then deforms to absorb energy exerted on your child.

Easy Adjustable Headrest & Harness

Our padded headrest and harness can easily be adjusted with one hand to suit your child’s height. Before you secure your little one in the harness, check to make sure the headrest is in the correct position – just above its shoulders.

Sun Canopy

The sun canopy offers protection for your child from the sun and wind both in the car and on the pushchair. The attachment points are conveniently located on the sides of the handle so you can carry the infant carrier while the sun canopy is in use.

The main changes that i-size introduces are:

• i-Size seats are based on the child’s height rather than weight
  i-Size uses the child’s height to determine if the seat fits the child, rather than their weight. So, it’s important to check that your child’s height is within the range of the seat. Parents tend to know their child’s height better than their weight, which should make it easier for parents to judge if the seat is suitable for their child and when they should move the child into a larger seat.
• i-Size rearward-facing restraints are for babies up to 15 months old
  Babies in i-Size car seats stay rearward-facing until they are at least 15 months old. Currently, parents often move their baby to a forward-facing seat too soon.
