Care & Use

• Before use, wash the saucepan in hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
• For efficient and safe boiling, always use a burner similar in size to the base of the saucepan.
• Encourage to use an oven mitt or silicone Cool tool to avoid burns or injuries.
• Do not heat empty or allow pot to boil dry.
• Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers, steel wool or steel scouring pads.
• Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
• Do not submerge saucepan in water -the water may trapped inside the vessel and lead to rusting.

Cleaning and Care

• EOS stands for Enamel On Steel which means a material in which carbon steel is enameled.
• Heat resistant temperature : 180°C/356°F.
• Don't use high heat with an empty pot.
• NOT on microwave.
• NOT suitable for Oven use, Not recommended on dishwasher and hand-wash only.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, harsh abrasive or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
