The blades are made of high corrosion resi stant japanese 42012 stainless steel, finely sharpened to perfection for a superior cut ting performance. The water resistant, "Double D" shaped pakka wood handles offer a pleasant grip for both left or right hands.
The chinese cleaver knife is great for slicing & chop ping of vegetables & herbs, cutting of meats, cabbages & large fruits. not designed for breaking bones.
