The blades are made of high corrosion resi stant japanese 42012 stainless steel, finely sharpened to perfection for a superior cut ting performance. The water resistant, "Double D" shaped pakka wood handles offer a pleasant grip for both left or right hands.

The chinese cleaver knife is great for slicing & chop ping of vegetables & herbs, cutting of meats, cabbages & large fruits. not designed for breaking bones.

Use & Care

• After Using, Wash with Gentle Dish Soap
• Rinse and Towel Dry Immediately Before Storing
• Do No Use Knife on Hard Cutting Surface Like Glass or Granite
