Normal Body Temperature

Normal human body temperature is often stated as 36-37.5°C (96.8-99.5°F) 36-37.5°C (96.8-99.5°F), depending on gender and location measured.

Body temperature is kept in normal range by thermoregulation.   Readings vary about 0.8°C during the day. Readings are at their lowest in the morning at 7am, the maximal reading is reached in the evening between 5-7pm.
